The Ducan Diet Principles

Stages of the Ducan diet

And finally, the achieved result is stabilized, i.e. becomes the norm.

The structure of such food is complex, because the body needs a lot of energy to digest it. You can get them only by burning the accumulated fat reserves.

At the second stage, the Dukan diet is replenished with vegetables. The exception is corn, legumes, potatoes. Proteins must be alternated with carbohydrates, i.e. 3-5 days to eat meat, fish and similar products, and then 3-5 days to eat vegetable dishes.

At the third stage, it is allowed to introduce pasta, potatoes, bread, rice, fruits, vegetable oil, honey into the diet. An exception is made for grapes and bananas. At the last stage, you can eat almost everything. However, once a week you should remember about “protein days” and all the time to actively use bran, walk more.
