この関数は、XMLオブジェクトの引用を返します。 次のように使用します。

説明はわずかです。
- .Net WebClientオブジェクトを作成する
- ヘッダーを作成してエンコードすることで構成します
- HTTP POSTを呼び出します（3つのパラメーターでUploadStringを使用する場合、メソッドを設定できます）
- 結果の文字列をXMLに変換します
- 文字列から引用を引き裂く
私の観点から、ここで最も興味深いことは、XMLへの変換です。 結果は、標準のPowerShellメソッドで作業できるオブジェクトです。たとえば、
